1. Eligibility & Custom Product Policy
Preserved flowers are custom-crafted to your selected style, color, and size. As personalized items, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, improper storage, or wrong choice. Subjective reasons will not be approved.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives severely damaged or broken during transit, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the damaged packaging and product to process your claim.
3. Return Process
To initiate a qualifying return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging with the receipt.

4. Refunds & Processing Time
